1. About Our Products
All items from Desert Ridge Engraving Co. are handcrafted using natural materials. Wood grain, knots, and color variations are normal and part of the product’s character. These variations are not considered defects.

2. Custom Orders & Design Approval
- Custom orders require approval of a digital design proof before production.
- Customers must verify spelling, dates, names, and layout.
- Once approved, designs cannot be changed.
- Errors in approved designs are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Production Time
- Standard production time is 5-7 business days depending on complexity.
- Production begins after payment and design approval.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in USD.
- Custom orders require full payment upfront.
- Sales tax is applied according to Arizona law.
- Accepted payment methods: Debit and most Credit Cards, Cash, Venmo.
5. Shipping & Pickup
- We ship anywhere in the U.S. using United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Local pickup is available in Bullhead City, AZ.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is shipped or picked up.
6. Returns & Cancellations
- Custom items are non-refundable.
- Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
- Orders can be canceled before design approval; after approval, cancellations are not allowed.
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving product, with photos.
7. Warranty
We offer a 30-day limited warranty covering major defects in craftsmanship or structural integrity.
Not covered:
- Natural wood variations
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, moisture, heat, or chemicals
- Errors in customer-approved designs
- Shipping damage
- Altered or modified products

8. Artwork & Copyright
By submitting artwork or logos, the customer confirms they have legal rights to use them. NCL DESIGNS LLC. is not responsible for copyright violations caused by customer-provided designs.
We may display completed work in our portfolio or social media unless requested otherwise.
9. Product Safety
- Wood products are not fire-resistant.
- Keep items away from heat, moisture, and chemicals.
- Lighted products must use approved electrical components.
- Wall-mounted items must be installed securely.
- Products are not toys and may contain small parts.

10. Care & Maintenance
- Dust with a soft cloth
- Avoid harsh cleaners
- Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight
- Handle CNC-cut items gently
- Inspect electrical components periodically

11. Limitation of Liability
NCL DESIGNS LLC liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or profit.
